Maintenance of Synthetic Grass Soccer Fields
For the preparation of substrates and maintenance of synthetic grass fields, we have the following machinery:
- WIEDENMANN TERRA RAKE DECOMPACTOR: A machine mounted on a tractor equipped with anti-compaction wheels, composed of undulated spring steel teeth arranged in 5 rows that, with the vibrations produced by the working speed, loosen the infill material breaking up compaction.
- BRUSH WIEDENMANN EARTH BRUSH: A tractor-mounted machine equipped with anti-cost wheels, consisting of a frame with zigzag brushes equipped with special bristles for artificial turf with a clog, which, by straightening the turf fibres, promotes uniform distribution of the filling material and greater levelling of the surface, improving the ball’s rolling ability and reducing the risk of injury. Working width cm 185.
- TERRA CLEAN WIEDENMANN: tractor-mounted machine equipped with anti-cost wheels, consisting of a gimbaled brush cutter in combination with an active screen and a collection box to collect, sift and separate clogged material from impurities such as butts, leaves, paper, plastic, glass, hair and the like. The backfill material separated from the dirt is returned immediately after the screening process and evenly redistributed, combing the turf fibers and leveling the surface to even out all traces left on the ground.
- WIEDENMANN TERRA TOP 400 SAND SPREADER: A tractor-mounted machine equipped with anti-compaction wheels, consisting of a special steel dosing roller, an agitator, and a rotating brush roller that throws sand or rubber downwards, allowing uniform distribution of the infill.
- SNOW CLEARING TURBINES: the company has snow turbines mounted on 40 HP tractors respectively, both equipped with special rollers for adjusting the working height. We also have special wooden snow clearing coves where the affected surfaces allow their use, always and exclusively respecting the artificial and/or natural grass carpet: they too are towed by light tractors with anti-compaction wheels that prevent excessive compaction of the fields.
